Freewire’s policy towards SLA is simple and straight forward. We make an SLA we will stand by for each individual customer. The SLA is measured against each individual access link, down to the network handoff.
Freewire owns its entire network and takes full responsibility for its service. In the event Freewire does not perform to the above SLA, Freewire will make the appropriate financial reparations and take the appropriate steps to avoid any such failures in the future.
